1. Why should I use you?
2. We have 30 years experience with detailing cars, and every car is taken care of like it was our own. We absolutely Love what we do and it shows in every detail that we do.
3. Why shouldn’t I use an automated car wash?
4. Although cheaper and more convenient this is not the best for your car paint and finish, swirling and scratching will happen.
5. What about the road side hand washers?
6. Again cheaper and convenient, they play a part but again not on the level of a dedicated detailer, they tend to use the same clothes and mitts, that can and will cause scratching and swirls to your paint work.
7. What chemicals do you use?
8. We only use the best chemicals from the industries best companies such as, Bilt Hamber, YUM, Duel, Gtechniq, Garage Therapy, Gyeon, Auto Finesse, Carbon Collective.
9. What payment types do you accept?
10. We accept Cash and Card payments.
11. Why are you cheaper than other Detailers?
12. Well we charge a reasonable fee for our work, with the cost of living being so high and we Love what we do and to be honest we don’t want to break the bank so we charge a reasonable fee for the work we love doing.
13. Do you offer a service wash?
14. Yes we offer a service wash that you can book weekly, fortnightly or monthly. This only becomes available after a Full Detail.
15. Do you offer discounts?
16. Yes we do, Discounts available for Disabled, Blue Badge Holders, Repeat Clients, NHS Workers, Retired People
17. Do you use pictures of my car on social media or website?
18. We will Ask if we can do this and your decision is final, if you say yes to the use of a picture of your car for social media or our website we will add a £5 discount to your bill as a thank you, your number plate will be blacked out in all pictures.
19. How does the Detail work?
20. When you arrive we will offer you a coffee or tea ( if you want to stay ) then we will have a walk around your car to spot any damages, we then use a pre wash to loosen the dirt, we use a 2 bucket system to wash the car after that we use various detailing chemicals to make it look as good as new or as close too as we can.
21. What clothes do you use?
22. We only use the best clothes FibreKing, Gtechniq and CA Detailing.
23. Can I stay to watch?
24. Yes of course you can stay to watch, we will even make you coffee or you can make us coffee :)
25. What finishing products do you have?
26. We use polishes, wax's and ceramic finishers.
